High Protein Black Walnut Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Cup Black Walnut protein flour (68g protein) 

- 1/4 Cup Almond milk 

- 1 tsp baking powder 

- 1 tsp cinnamon or dried spicebush leaves 

- 1 tsp vanilla 

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 large eggs  (12g protein) 

Directions

Mix dry ingredients first

Next add the wet ingredients and stir until fully mixed.

Next add the batter to a skillet over medium to low heat.

Plan for these to be the color of rye bread when done. (They may take about twice as long as other pancakes to rise, but rise they will)

Top with crunchy Black Walnuts pieces as desired for even more added protein!
