Wild Goodness Granola
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Not the Quick Cooking Oats!)
- 1 cup of Hammons Black Walnuts– Large
- ½ cup of whole or sliced almonds
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- ¼ cup of unsalted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
- ¼ cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of maple syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoons of canola oil
- ¼ teaspoon of Kosher salt
- 1 cup of dried fruit of your choosing (Suggestions: cherries, cranberries, raisins or currants)
